Medications and Beyond

Our practice provides psychiatric medication management services that are tailored specifically to you and your needs. We focus on creating personalized solutions that work for your life. Whether you are trying medication for the first time, looking to change medications, or considering tapering off entirely, we move at your pace and work through challenges together as they arise. We take a whole-human approach and often recommend treatments beyond medication. Medication alone is rarely a complete solution so our approach works best for those who are ready to engage in deeper, more holistic care. We understand that seeking help and sharing your concerns can be uncomfortable. Our goal is to create a non-judgmental, confidential, and solution-focused environment.

Telehealth Services

Our practice is fully virtual at this time. No need to worry about taking time out of your busy schedule to attend far away, in-person appointments. With a click of a button, you can easily log on to your appointments through Healthie and feel confident that your sessions are secure, private, and confidential. We schedule your first intake appointment for 60 minutes and follow up appointments for 30 minutes. We want to give you a sufficient amount of time with your provider to be able to cover all of your concerns and not cut you short on the time that you need.

Support for Everyday Needs

We understand that sometimes, taking time off work is essential for mental health recovery. We provide thorough assessments and, if you qualify, help with the paperwork needed for things like medical leave, workplace accommodations, or short-term disability claims. Some people benefit from the presence of an animal to help alleviate symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, or other emotional or psychological conditions. We offer thorough assessments and, when appropriate, formal emotional support animal (ESA) letters that meet legal requirements for housing accommodations.

Meet the Team

Danielle Bennett, MS, PMHNP-BC, APN (she/her/hers)

Founder, Medication Prescriber, Outdoor Lover, Cat Mom
  • Danielle has spent the past 11 years working in health care, growing through the professional ranks—from nursing assistant to Registered Nurse, and currently as a Nurse Practitioner. Each role brought invaluable lessons and experiences that couldn’t be found in textbooks. Along the way, she gained a deep understanding of the critical importance of mental health and saw firsthand the gaps in the supportive structures within our current health care system. These insights encouraged Danielle to provide the all around care that is needed for patients to find relief from their symptoms.

Combined with working experience, Danielle’s passion for mental health truly developed when she went through her own personal journey of healing and growth. This deep personal work ultimately inspired her to pursue a career dedicated to uplifting others and helping them discover the potential that lives within themselves. She is passionate about personal transformation, and guiding each individual toward who they are truly meant to be.

Danielle believes that barriers are meant to be broken! If you're ready to challenge old beliefs, unlearn unhelpful habits, and let your true light shine, she’s here to help you get there.

Jaimie Bennett (she/her/hers)

Practice Manager, Coke Zero enthusiast, Chihuahua Mom
  • Jaimie is the compassionate voice you'll hear when setting up your first appointment. As Practice Manager at Hope & Healing Mental Health Collective, she takes the guesswork out of getting started, so you can focus on what matters most—your well-being.

Her passion for helping others extends beyond humans—she has an impressive track record as a foster dog parent, with only one foster fail resulting in a chunky Chihuahua mutt, named Kiwi, finding her forever home.

With a 15-year background in the real estate industry and a part-time career in cosmetology, Jaimie knows firsthand what it's like to juggle high-stress, demanding environments. She brings empathy, warmth, and a listening ear to our practice.

Kiwi (she/her/hers)

Queen of All the Treats
  • Kiwi is a tiny chihuahua with a big talent for doing absolutely nothing. She’s a professional napper who believes every blanket is hers by law. Her daily routine includes eating like a queen, watching TV like a critic, and dreaming of beach days she’ll mostly spend nosing into other people’s business. She’s wonderfully lazy, moving only when snacks or cuddles are involved. Equal parts sleepy and sweet, she’s basically a warm, snuggly potato.
