Fees for Services & Accepted Insurance Plans

At Hope & Healing Mental Health Collective, we strive to make mental health care fees transparent. Here’s a breakdown of our current fees:

  • 75-Minute Intake Appointment: $350
This initial session allows us to get to know you, understand your needs, and create a plan for your care. We will ask about your personal health history, mental health history, past medication trials, some family history, and discuss the symptoms that you have been noticing.

  • 30-Minute Follow-Up Appointment: $175
These sessions are structured for ongoing support and check-ins as you work toward your mental health goals. Many practices only provide 15 minutes follow up appointments, but we provide a full 30 minutes to give you the time you need to discuss all of your concerns and make necessary adjustments to your treatment plan.

We also accept cash pay for services. This includes credit card, debit card, and HSA card payment forms. We can provide you with a superbill—a detailed receipt of services—that you can submit to your private insurance for potential reimbursement if you are paying for appointments out of pocket. If you are unfamiliar with how to submit a superbill to your insurance, we highly recommend using Mentaya to assist you with requesting reimbursement on your behalf.

Sliding Scale

If you don’t have commercial insurance and don’t qualify for Medicaid, you still have options. Reach out to us today to learn more about our sliding scale fees, designed to make care more affordable based on your financial situation. We’re committed to ensuring that cost is never a barrier, because everyone deserves access to high-quality mental health care.
